What to Expect: Puppy Yoga FAQs

 Bluebird Puppy Yoga is a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class with adorable puppies joining in for snuggles, playtime, and plenty of smiles.

Each 45 to 60 minute class includes 25 to 30 minutes of gentle, no-experience-necessary floor yoga, followed by 20 to 30 minutes of puppy snuggles, playtime, and photo-worthy moments.

Mats are provided.

Puppy Yoga Guidelines 

To help us create a safe, comfortable experience for our guests and our puppies, please review the following before purchasing your ticket:

We bring the yoga mats! 💙 No need to bring your own—your mat will be ready and waiting for you.

Doors open 15 minutes before class for check-in and waiver completion. Please do not arrive earlier, as our team and puppies may still be preparing for your session.

All participants must complete a waiver before entering. Guests ages 8–14 must attend with a parent or legal guardian. Guests ages 15–17 may attend independently with a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian, either electronically in advance or in person at check-in.

Shoes, coats, water bottles, bags, extra clothing, and other personal belongings must remain in the designated area outside the puppy-yoga space. Please bring as few personal items as possible. Bluebird Puppy Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

For puppy safety, please remain seated while puppies are in the yoga area. No standing or walking within the puppy area while puppies are present unless directed or assisted by Bluebird Puppy Yoga staff.

Be present for the yoga, capture the snuggles! 💙 Phones remain tucked away during the yoga portion of class and may come out during puppy snuggle time for photos and videos. Our team is happy to help capture those special moments, too! 📸🐾

Hands must be sanitized before entering the puppy area. Additional sanitation or biosecurity procedures may be required onsite.

Please do not attend if you are ill or have had contact with a shelter, rescue, or ill animal within the previous 30 days. This important biosecurity measure helps us protect the young puppies participating in our events.

Tickets are non-refundable. Because our events are pop-up experiences with limited capacity, we are unable to offer refunds. If you're unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to a future Bluebird Puppy Yoga event, subject to availability.

Because our events are limited-capacity pop-up experiences, tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, your ticket may be transferred to a future Bluebird Puppy Yoga event, subject to availability.
If Bluebird Puppy Yoga cancels an event due to weather, puppy health or availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, your ticket fee will be refunded.

We ask that all phones/cameras are tucked away or under your mat during the yoga portion of class. 

After yoga, during snuggle time, you may take photos of yourself and your family and friends.
